Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the development and execution of market strategies for paid campaigns, including developing strategic roadmaps, AB Tests, analyzing results and developing actionable insights.
  • Performs day-to-day support for paid campaign activities, including: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting etc.
  • Employs analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to effectively and efficiently manage campaigns.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership and professional communication skills by developing and delivering client-facing materials, such as presentations, Points of Views, business cases, and performance reports.
  • Actively monitors and shares industry news, online marketing trends, industry tools, and internal cross-team key learnings…
  • Works comfortably in dynamic, fast-paced environments where consistent firefighting and competing priorities are commonplace.
  • Uses interpersonal skills to influence customers, suppliers and other comparable level managers.

Ideal Candidate

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing and advertising
  • 2+ years of paid social and/or paid search campaign management experience ideally at an agency, ad tech provider or client-side with over $50K per month budgets. Will also consider those with a media agency background looking to move into a specialist digital role

Technical and Soft Skills

  • Skilled proficiency in directly managing and strategizing for Google Ads and Facebook Ads as a minimum
  • Proficiency in the following is an advantage: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Workspace Suite
  • Experience in using Project Management software (preferably ClickUp)
  • Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; with exceptional presentation skills

Responsibilities

Client Management and Development (50%)

  • Assist account managers in managing existing client accounts and developing strategies to meet sales targets
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly client invoicing
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a reliable point of contact
  • Attend to client needs, collect feedback, and convey information to the account managers
  • Opportunity to grow new relationships with emerging clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, and help contribute and support client objective insights and ideas based on research to enhance strategies
  • Collaborate on sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposals
  • Help account managers prepare and lead effective and insightful client meetings (weekly, fortnightly, and/or monthly)
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to sell additional services based on the needs of clients

Client Management and Development (50%)

  • Ensuring the team’s adherence to the correct processes and following best practices, maintaining accountability and ownership
  • Focus on campaign results to measure the success and outcomes of campaign activities by helping to monitor budgets, performance pacing, and flagging risks with the team
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to maintain project status updates so as to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.

Ideal Candidate

Qualification and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, with Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred
  • Possess a strong understanding of Digital Media and common performance channels

Technical and Soft Skills

  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills for sales presentation/quotation and proposal preparation
  • Natural relationship builder and able to manage difficult conversations and expectations
  • Possess project management skills
  • Experience in using Project Management software (preferably ClickUp)
  • Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; with exceptional presentation skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
