Their target market includes businesses in the following verticals: logistics, eCommerce, retail, transportation, on-demand applications, ride-hailing apps, fintech, banking, healthcare, education, and events. 

Last January 26, 2022, 8×8 raised $121,874,464 on Post-IPO Equity. 8×8 was also named a Leader for the 10th time in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS, Worldwide.

8×8 partnered with Kaliber Asia to make the most out of search ads and take their business to the next level. They wanted to increase the conversions or form submissions on their landing page without wasting ad spend.

OUR STRATEGY

How did we help?

Our SPC (Single Purpose Campaigns) framework allows us to go as granular as possible to reach every possible segment. From segmentation, we then implemented hyper-personalized strategies based on search intent and audience. 

We also used 2 automation tools, Google Ads Data Studio and AdVerity. These tools enabled us to have more time to strategize and optimize, which are also key to achieving our results.

The Single Purpose Campaigns framework facilitates effective budget and ad spend monitoring to ensure that the goals of each unique target segment are met. 

We categorized our keywords and target audience by intent, and our ad copies also reflected these. Our ad copies were also heavily intent-based and tailored to each segment.
