In addition to that, we introduced Mobile Only Campaigns in combination with Text Ads to capture Competitors Queries on Mobile Devices as we could direct these users to call with
either the call extension or call only ad.

Our Results

Over the course of 3 months, we were able to scale spend from a $20,000 per month budget
to $180,000 per month budget with a decrease in overall CPAdespite the competition
investing over $330,000 per month into their advertising.

FUTURE APPROACH

Offline Conversion Tracking

We’re shifting our attention to OCT (Offline-Conversion Tracking) through Salesforceto identify the call conversions that drove higher qualified potential patients and the actual inpatients. We will aim to differentiate these high potential calls using values to be able to leverage alternative
bid strategies that help prioritize the more aligned audience.
