How did we help?

We were open in our approach with Eliving that we were going to collect all the relevant information of each of their products and report on Gross Profit as the key metric because in order to achieve growth, we were going to have to spend. To add to the complexity, we started working with Eliving as COVID was reaching its peak in Australia, introducing a lot of uncertainties.

Using analytics to better understand

the user journey and touchpoints made before a transaction. This allowed us to work up the Conversion Funnel and invest in broader audiences/keywords without loss of efficiency.
