Being an award-winning reed diffuser brand, Kemayu and Co sought
to grow their online presence through digital marketing.
While Influencer Marketing was seen as an essential part for Brand Awareness,
the problem was how to measure the effectiveness of Influencer marketing.
We began with Google Ads to collect data and traffic to the website and understanding the buyer behaviour in Indonesia, consumers who tend to check out on marketplace, therefore we began running Facebook/IG Ads and drive its landing page to the marketplace by leveraging Instagram traffic that’s been mostly driven by Influencer Marketing.
With Our Single Purpose Campaign, we then moved on to segment the campaigns to understand more of each category and we assign conversion value to each purchases.
We also created an Audience based on Instagram Engagements for FB/IG Retargeting campaigns and on top of that, we extract Lookalike 1% Audience from the Instagram Engagements for Prospecting campaigns and serve different ads, messaging and placements.
With our “Single Purpose Campaign” segmentation strategy, we were able to clearly define our best audiences and scale our results into Display and Youtube to make more necessary touch points throughout the user journey and add further personalization.
