Selly.id

Selly is a free keyboard app that helps online sellers boost efficiency
via chat applications like Instagram, Whatsapp, Line, and many more. 

 

This multifunctional keyboard app also has a dashboard feature that
helps sellers keep track on the transactions made, provides a
sales report, retrieves customer data at one’s fingertips and
many other practical features that makes “Selly, sell easily”.




OUR STRATEGY

How did we help?

Pressured to turn a revenue, the team at Selly turned to Kaliber
for guidance in driving stickier users and driving valuable
user action through their app. Without any prior data, this was a challenge to find a starting point so we used first party data
available to create a foundation to develop from.

 

Leveraging Firebase analytics, we tracked every possible action on their app and assigned a value to each action. The most valued action being “Generate Invoice”. 

 

We proceeded to leveraging the power of automation with personalised campaigns that optimized towards more engaged app users with the intention of driving more users to their most valuable action.

By optimising deeper than just a user download, we were able to focus our
marketing spend on users that drove more value. This led UAC to discard users that were opening and closing the app and to concentrate on those that projected higher intent signals.
