Talenta

Talenta is a cloud-based Software as a Service from Indonesia, that aims to help small and medium businesses manage their HR processes, from attendance, leave requests, overtime and most importantly: payroll. Talenta encourages efficiency, transparency, and self-sustenance, because we believe that it is through these that a company can grow.

OUR STRATEGY

How did we help?

Firstly, we began with measurement, adopting a position-based attribution to give credit to the first and middle touch points before a conversion. Next, we restructured their campaigns to follow the user journey and personalising the message and destination at each stage of the journey. 

By adopting a deeper strategy, we were able to uncover more about how the user interacts with Talenta, especially early in the journey.  By doing so, we increased the number of monthly searches for Talenta brand terms and increase the overall number of leads. We made further investment into content such as blog posts, videos and events to help qualify the types of businesses we attracted. One underrated aspect of our SPC strategy was to provide business level data on Search volumes and interests across Indonesia to host webinars and events.

After 18 months of continuous scale, we grew from 250 companies to 1,000 companies which increased the value of Talenta when entering their Series C round of funding. Leveraging the same strategies, we’ve helped take on all the other subsidiaries of Mekari to help them reach new heights and being valued at $100M in their Series C.
