Everyone can participate!

  1. All employees are eligible to participate in this referral program. Referrals for any open position are welcome.
  2. Fill up a referral submission form.
  3. Our HR team to conduct initial screening and processing.
  4. A successful referral pertains to a newnicorn that has completed their probationary period.
    Probationary period is 3 months from the date
  5. There shall be no cap in the number of referrals and rewards can be accumulated.
  6. Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired at a later time or gets hired for another position.

If your referral is successful...

  1. A hotel voucher for a two-night stay shall be issued as a reward per successful referral.
  2. The reward shall be credited (within 30 calendar days) to the employee upon the regularization of the referred newnicorn. 
  3. The hotel voucher shall be purchased by the HR team and will be transferred to the employee once available.
  4. The management also has full discretion to reward the employee with a different gift of equal value, upon discussion and agreement with the employee. 
  5. Rewards are not retroactive. 
  6. Rewards are non-taxable.
  7. Rewards are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
