What's the difference between the three tiers?

Starter is a focused engine on 1–2 channels with fortnightly optimisation, right for accounts building a foundation. Core is a multi-channel system (Google, Meta, creative, landing pages) with weekly optimisation, it's what most clients run on. Unlimited AI-Copilot is daily optimisation across all channels with creative at scale, it's full agency throughput at a cost AI makes possible. All three tiers use the same senior operators. The difference is cadence, channel breadth, and creative volume.

Who from Kaliber will actually work on my account?

A senior strategist owns the engagement end-to-end. The person you brief is the person doing the work. Specialists join for execution (creative production, landing pages, GEO) but there's no account manager between you and the strategist. No juniors, no hand-offs, no layers.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically two weeks. Week one: account access, full audit, baseline set. Week two: strategy alignment, first executions shipped. By week three you should have a clear picture of the priority changes and an active test in market. We don't disappear into a strategy document for a month before touching the account.

How often will we hear from Kaliber?

Core and Unlimited AI-Copilot: bi-weekly or weekly performance syncs, monthly strategic reviews. Starter: monthly check-ins with async updates in between. We use Slack or Teams for day-to-day. Async by default, so meetings are reserved for decisions, not status updates.

Do you handle creative, or just media?

Both. The Creative System is how we produce creative at scale. 50+ performance-tested assets per month, led by Cannes Young Lions and built for Meta and Google formats. At Starter tier we provide direction and briefing. At Core and Unlimited AI-Copilot, full production is included. Media without creative is just spending; we build both sides of the equation.

Do you work with existing in-house marketing teams?

Yes, it's one of the most common setups. The in-house team owns the brand, strategy, and final approval. Kaliber owns execution craft, paid media, creative production, landing pages, GEO. We treat in-house teams as partners. The goal is always to leave the team more capable, not more dependent.

What if I want to end the engagement?

30-day notice on all monthly retainers. No lock-in beyond the initial 3-month recommended period to let campaigns optimise meaningfully. We don't hold clients to long contracts because we're confident the work earns the renewal. If it doesn't, you should leave.
